Play Space Capacity Policy
This policy outlines the maximum capacity limits for Play Space to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and compliance of all our guests and staff.

1. Maximum Occupancy Limit
The maximum number of people (including both children and adults) permitted in the Play Space facility at any one time is 150 individuals.
This number is based on fire safety regulations, available play space, and staffing capabilities to ensure proper supervision.

2. Capacity Tracking and Enforcement

Tracking Method: Capacity will be tracked in 3 hour blocks (9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm) by our point of sale system and will count based on the following criteria:

Total people checked in at the front counter (children and adults).

Total party guests based on reservations booked (children and adults).

Total online ticket reservations sold for the given timeframe.

Waiting Policy: Once the maximum capacity of 150 is reached for the current time block, a one-in, one-out system will be implemented. Guests arriving at capacity will be placed on a waiting list or advised to return at a later time.

Enforcement: All guests must comply with capacity limits. Management reserves the right to deny entry or request a guest to temporarily exit the premises if capacity is exceeded or if safety is compromised.
3. Dedicated Party/Event Space
For private party rooms or dedicated event areas, the individual capacity limit must be strictly followed:

Standard Party Area: Maximum 31 individuals (total).

Private Party Room: Maximum 46 individuals (total).
These dedicated capacities are included in the overall facility limit of 150.

4. Staffing Requirements
A minimum of 1 staff member per 50 people must be on duty to help monitor the play area and maintain a safe environment for families.
