Goal of Our Market:
To Promote Regionally grown produce and related products.
Market Hours: 9am-2pm
Price:
$10 per 10'x10' booth per week. Electricity is available for an additional $10 per vendor payable on market day.
Rules & Regulations:
The Oklahoma Department of Health and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture has jurisdiction over sales of manufactured food at all Oklahoma Farmer’s Markets.
IT IS THE VENDOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS!
177 Farmers Market reserves the right to question the authenticity of any product or vendor. We may ask to inspect the item and or the location where the product was grown/raised/manufactured to confirm compliance with the market mission. If this becomes an issue you may be asked not to return to the market as our main goal is to help our local/regional producers.
Booth assignments will be emailed to vendors no later than Friday evening. Please check the diagram for booth locations. Booth locations will be marked on the ground on market days.
Vendors may also select an unreserved booth on market day instead of registering in advance.
IF YOU FAIL TO SHOW UP FOR A REGISTERED DAY - Any future registrations will be canceled. You will have to re-register for a booth.
UPON A SECOND NO-SHOW you will not be allowed to pre-register for the rest of the season but may attend and take any open booth space on market day.
Vendors are responsible for paying the appropriate sales tax to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. All tents must be secured to avoid injury.
Vendors are required to be in their spot and ready to go no later than 8:45am.
Vendors may keep one vehicle directly behind their booth. ALL other vehicles must be parked in the designated vendor parking area.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their areas before leaving the market.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
The market will be open rain or shine unless dangerous weather conditions prohibit the operation of the Market. The 177 Facebook page will be used to make any weather cancellations.
Programs such as SNAP will be up to the vendor to obtain. We may get these programs through the market, but at this time it is the vendor's responsibility if they want to provide such programs.
Restrooms are located inside of the building.
Booth Information:
The standard Booth Space is approximately 10’ X 10’.
A single vendor may select 2 adjacent booths of approximately 20'x10' (double wide).
Insurance:
It is the responsibility of all vendors to carry their own liability insurance.

Agreement
By purchasing this booth rental you (the Vendor) are agreeing to the following:
I have read and agree with all the terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines. I understand what is expected of me as a vendor and understand I may be asked to not return to the 177 Farmer’s Market if I do not comply.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the 177 Farmer’s Market the Vendor:
- 1. Assumes all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for damages following any injury, permanent disability, or death.
- 2. Agrees that prior to participating, the Vendor will inspect the facilities to be used. If the Vendor believes anything to be unsafe, they will immediately advise the market.
- 3. Agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releases against any and all claims, suits actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs.
Media Release
By purchasing this booth rental you (the Vendor) agree to the following:
Vendors grant 177 Farmer’s Market the irrevocable and unrestricted rights to use and publish photographs/video footage of the weekly Farmer’s Market for editorial trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. Farmer’s Market attendees hereby release 177 Farmer’s Market from all claims and liability relating to said photograph/video footage.
Social Media Usage
All vendors are encouraged to promote their business on social media. The 177 Farmer’s Market utilizes Facebook as a primary source for marketing. Vendors are encouraged to share and repost content from the 177 Farmer’s Market Facebook page.
